Attributed to Jonathon Long (1803-1858, apprentice to John Swisegood), poplar and yellow pine secondary, lid with front molded edge and side applied molded edges, fish tail hinges, interior with till, dovetailed case with applied shaped dovetailed bracket foot base with banded line inlay.

Surface scratches to lid; fishtail hinges are loose and missing screws; inlay loss to lower left side of case (some pieces present); spotting to front of case.
