Fayetteville, attributed to the shop of Cornenlius Tooker (active 1819-1828), mahogany veneer, poplar secondary, circa 1820, two part form, the first D-end with single drop leaf and double gate-leg support, each end with a veneered skirt and applied cock beaded bottom edge, turned reeded legs on brass casters.

A nice original example from this cabinet shop featuring a very distinctive reeded and ring turned leg.

Top with wear and light marring especially to the drop leaf section; later brass clasp to join leaf-D-end; some veneer shrinkage at skirt; one break and repair at one leg by skirt; a few minor chips to the ring turnings and cock beading.
