Hand painted with traditional bird and insect pattern, with gold rim; oval tureen with green branch handles and floral applied decoration, lid with bird finial above oak leaves and acorns #1014 (DOA 9 x 12 1/2 x 8 in.); oval serving platter #1102 (11 x 14 3/4 in.); both marked "HEREND / HUNGARY / HANDPAINTED" to underside.

Both with light residue and staining; gilt flake to lid rim; platter with very light scratches from use and (2) flea bites to gilt; good estate condition.
