Two North Carolina Megalodon Teeth on Natural Bases

The first, a 3 7/16-in. tooth with a dark gray root supporting two-toned light gray/tan enamel with areas of brown and orange, presented on a sea floor concretion with fossils; the second, a 2 1/2-in. tooth with brown root leading to orange and supporting tan enamel, with subtle areas of blue/green throughout, presented on a custom stand made from fossilized bone; both found off the coast of N.C. in 2023.

3 7/16 x 2 1/2 in.; 2 1/2 x 1 15/16 in. (without base)

The larger tooth with small chips to tip and sides; good color and contrast, enamel largely intact. The smaller tooth with small chips, including at tip; enamel largely intact, with clear serrations on both edges, and lovely overall color.
