France, 1840s, hand-painted, to include: (1) scalloped and gilt rim portrait plate, yellow lip with raised gilt decoration, artist signed "OBrun," marked "CHATEAU DES TUILERIES," "S.37," "SEVRES 1844," and "PARIS" to underside, with "Pitkin and Brooks / Chicago" retailer mark (9 in.) (wear to gilt, light scratch to well, scratching to underside and rubbing to marks, small chip to foot); (1) scalloped and gilt rim plate with gilt and pink border, landscape scene with figures in well, artist signed "Debriey"(?), marked "S.46," "SEVRES 1846," and "CHATEAU DE VERSAILLES" to underside (9 1/2 in.) (small marks and light scratches to gilt, tiny chip to foot); and (4) smooth gilt rim plates, pink with gilt foliate border and center featuring Louis Philippe gilt monogram flanked by winged putti, marked "CHATEAU DES TUILERIES," "S.37," and SEVRES 1844" to undersides (9 3/8 in.) (rubbing and scratching to gilt, rubbing to pink paint, gilt flakes to rim).
