The concert took place at UNC's Memorial Hall and was organized by the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity as a fundraiser for the March of Dimes.

Many signatures unfortunately smudged, yet still legible. Wraps with light marks and creasing, with (1) corner folded; slight overall waviness to program; some signatures leave an impression on the following (2) pages, tape residue on last page.
