With the improved Supercharged AJ34S 4.2-liter V-8 producing 400 horsepower, and a six-speed ZF automatic transmission. The improvements were to include Variable Valve Timing as well as other minor updates. It features 20" three-piece BBS alloy wheels and Continental Extreme Contact tires. Driving electronics include include auto-adjusting shock damping, dynamic stability control, adaptive? cruise control, and emergency brake assist. The steering is tuned for performance, as well as a firmer suspension, a lower ride height, a standard navigation system, Brembo brakes, leather-wrapped Recaro bucket seats, and steering wheel with intergrated controls. The six-speed transmission features a gate that allows for manual shifting.

Exterior paint in Zircon, with an ivory leather interior, and a electric blue canvas convertible top. This combo was not offered standard, and was a special order. The hood features the original Jaguar badge and a dealer installed chrome Jaguar hood ornament .Other features include power assisted and heated front seats, electronic tilt steering, and an Alpine stereo system with cassette and multi CD player. The original keys remain along with two fobs, and two valet keys, and all original manuals.

Carfax indicates 2 owners before 2020, when it was bought and sold on BAT in December 2020. It was sold in 2006 as a Certified Pre-owned car. Ownership was Maryland, before arriving in Raleigh, North Carolina. Extensive service was performed to include the following: April 2021-transmission torque converter replaced along with fluid, coolant flushed, brake fluid flushed, replaced differential oil, front shocks absorbers, top mounts and springs replaced, and rear shock absorbers, and sway bar end links replace. May 2021-micro switch replaced in passenger side window, power headrests repaired with new cables, and control units. September 2021- driveshaft replaced due to 'DSC' warning, and compression test performed with new spark plugs installed. April 2022-Security module replaced, steering angle sensor replaced, front wheel trim ring replaced due to previous scuff, all hydraulic hoses for the convertible top replaced with high pressure hoses, and system fluids changed. January 2023, new battery and pressure relief valve installed for convertible top. A CTEK trickle charger was wired into the battery and is supplied. Tires dated 2019 front, 2020 on the rear.

The bucket of the front lights do not match, one is chrome and the other is gray; slight crack to walnut trim on passenger side; no other apparent concerns.
