Watercolor on ivory, signed with initials "a. H. J." or "a. H. T." and dated 1908 or 1903, possibly by the hand of Annie Hurlburt Jackson (American, 1877-1959), presented behind glass in an ornate carved giltwood frame with giltwood matting.
