Circa 1900, watercolor on ivory, the first of a young boy dressed in blue with curly brown hair, signed and dated Gersberger 1900 to lower right, presented behind glass in a leather bifold display case (case 4 3/4 x 4 1/4 in.); the second of a young child with brown eyes and curly blond hair, unsigned, presented behind glass in an oval unmarked chased silver locket (acid tested silver, 2.05 troy oz.) (locket 4 3/4 x 3 1/4 in., sight size 3 3/8 x 2 1/2 in.)

Paintings in good estate condition; leather case with tearing to interior lining, and minor surface wear to exterior; silver with some light scratches to verso.
