First half-19th century, attributed to Baldwin Gardiner, New York, columnar form standard with central rising urn with unfurling bud surmount and perched eagle forms, flanked by dual arm burners, the whole with drop prism adornment and four frosted glass shades, later electrified as dual socket lamps, unmarked.
19 x 18 1/2 x 7 1/2 in.
Some rubbing and spotting to brass with a few scattered areas of verdigris; some prims with chips; some marks to shades with areas of chipping to fitter ends; shade terrace missing two shade screws.
