Second quarter 19th century, attributed to J. & I. Cox, New York, perched eagle standard over spreading petal form base, supporting a classical style urn and two burner arms each stylized foliate and gadroon cast decoration, complete with period cut to clear floral shades and drop prism decoration, now electrified as dual socket lamps, unmarked save "2" stamp to underside.

Scattered losses to black painted surfaces; areas of spotting and rubbing to gilt; some chips to drop prisms; lamps working at time of review.
