Watercolor on ivory, unsigned, the first of a female circa 1860s, attired in brown dress before an evergreen forest, backing includes a later photo of the sitter with later inscriptions to interior identifying as Grandmother / "Ogden" to / Emily Ogden, presented behind glass in a mahogany frame with gilt oval bezel (frame 6 x 5 1/8 in., painting 3 x 2 1/4 in.); the second of a gentleman circa 1840s, waist length with blond hair leaning against a column, presented behind glass in a mahogany frame with fancy ormolu fillet (framed 7 x 5 in.; painting 4 x 2 7/8 in.).
