A very good, complete, and well-bound copy of this extremely rare first edition. Some discoloration and light grime to boards, one small wormhole on back board, edgewear, head and tail of spine rubbed; bookplate on paste-down; pages with light toning and foxing, occasional stain and marginalia, damp staining mostly limited to signatures N, O, and S, overall pages clean and extremely crisp. Scarce at auction and in only a handful of libraries at time of evaluation.
