Italy, 19th century, to include: a melon shaped pitcher with dual scrolled handle and applied shaped spout, decorated with cupids in a landscape setting (11 1/2 in.) (restoration to spout); a putto vase riding a dolphin (11 1/2 in.) (chips to the toes and base rim); the third is a ewer with cover, the handles formed by satyr figures (17 in.) (scattered flakes; base chip; chip to cover and rim). All marked with a strutting cockerel.

Ulisse Cantagalli (1839-1901) was an Italian pottery producer in Florence. He was born into a family of Italian pottery makers, the Cantagalli name having been associated with ceramics since the 15th century.
