Late 19th century, likely French, polychrome glazed ceramic case in ornate scrolled bracket form having acanthus, figural mask, and floral decoration, centering a 5-inch unsigned parcel gilt brass round dial with fancy ormolu hands and gilt Roman chapters, suspension spring brass works numbered 790 / 69, pendulum etched with gilt green man mask with mark of THIEBLE.
