Equipped with electric heat and air conditioning, power inverter with separate outlets, and a 6 gallon electric/propane hot water tank. Water capacities are 23 gallon freshwater storage, 21 gallons gray water, and 18 gallon black water tanks. Leveling jacks are equipped front and rear, spare tire mounted underneath, as well as awnings covering three sides and a front shade. The windows are tinted, with curtains and blinds in the interior.

Interior is a high quality wood finish, with Corian surfaces. With vinyl flooring, and a room divider blind for privacy. The dinette is Ultraleather in Espresso. The trailers interior surface is finished in stainless steel. The original bedding and pillows from the factory are present, along with a set of sheets. A Fiamma Pro Series bike rack is installed on the rear, and will securely hold two bicycles. A Power conditioner is also supplied for clean shore power, as well as all hookups and clean out tools. An anti-sway system is also included for towing.

A testament to the durability, and versatility of this Airstream, is having toured a circle of the US over a year and a half chasing 70 degrees. This was done by a single lady and a Toyota Tundra that began in Florida, and continued west to California, up the coast to Washington State, then back home through the midwest and the northeast. The interior and exterior are in very good condition with no substantial wear showing to any surface; all remotes are present and electrical systems checked; a small dent is present in the body of the trailer on the right rear, from a branch; the aluminum rear bumper is slightly bent on the right rear; the cover for the propane tanks is missing; the Goodyear Endurance tires are dated 2019, and have 5mm tread; it is recommended to replace every three years; no other apparent concerns.
