Circa 1820, fruit wood and mixed wood veneers, fruit wood and pine secondary, one part form, rectangular top with book-matched veneers, barber pole inlay and banded veneer border, applied rounded edge, single drawer with chevron light/dark wood inlay and banded border, divided interior, checkerboard inlaid stiles, repeating chevron inlay to sides, front bold scrolled and turned disc supports and banded inlays, rear panel with triple sunburst and rosette inlay, shaped base with repeating central sunburst inlay, raised on short bun feet.

Overall good presentation and well appointed with inlay details throughout.

Top with natural wavy-buckling; rear edge with veneer fill; old surface scratches and some stains; pulls are old but likely later (in original holes); old vertical separation crack to back board (but stable); front left foot is later; some veneer chips to the base edge.
