Tim Bell is a painter in the American Impressionist tradition, currently residing in Annapolis, Maryland where he draws inspiration from the area's beaches, waterways, and hillsides. A graduate of Frostburg State University, Tim conducted his post-graduate studies at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis, Maryland, and the Cape Cod School of Art in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
Tim Bell studied Cedric Egeli in 1994, assisting the artist in teaching color painting at the Cape Cod School of Art, and also studied briefly with John Ebersberger and George T. Thurmond, who taught him the principles of the Hensche method of painting.

Tim’s paintings have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions, and have been awarded in juried shows nationwide. Several of his paintings are housed in the collection of Frostburg State University.
