Born in Sussex, England, Veronica Clark now spends her time in Charlotte, North Carolina and on a family farm in Chester County, South Carolina. Having ridden from the age of two, she is captivated by horses as a subject.

Veronica has trained with Andy Braitman at the Braitman Studio in Charlotte, N.C.; Dawn Emerson at the American Academy of Equine Art in Lexington, Ky.; and Stephen Early at Studio Incamminati in Philadelphia, Pa. She has also studied with Scott Burdick and Susan Lyon at their home studios in North Carolina. Her award-winning work has been featured in The Pastel Journal, the annual exhibition of the American Academy of Equine Art and QC Exclusive magazine. She was the featured artist for the 2008 and again in 2022 for the 25th Anniversary of the Charlotte "Queen's Cup" steeplechase. Veronica’s work can be found in collections across the United States and in Europe.
