Very little is known about the author. Beyond being the author of several sacred plays, this title suggests he was also a doctor.

Boards mildly warped with typical age wear and discoloration, binding sturdy but tight; bookstore sticker on front paste-down, stamp on title page verso; pages lightly toned with scattered foxing and occasional minor damp stain at margins; lacking portrait frontispiece and (5) plates, otherwise complete; extremely rare with only one listed in Worldcat; according to Grässe, "cette édition a étté suprimée."
