From the Collection of Professor Roberto Severino, Washington, D.C. Raimon Jordan (also known as "idiot") wrote (6) meditations, including
De amore divino,
De virgine Marie,
De vera patientia,
De continuo conflictu carnis & animae,
De innocentia perdita, and
De morte. This is the first Latin edition published in Antwerp (in 8vo and 16mo formats), with a Dutch translation published in Antwerp later that same year.
Boards slightly warped and cocked, with corners bumped and light wear at spine; pages lightly toned, with occasional grime and damp staining at margins; G7 with small losses and tears at margins, K1 replaced with hand-written leaf; crisp and unmarked overall, a very good copy of this very rare, small-size Antwerp edition.
