Eastern region, late 18th century, yellow pine secondary, dovetailed case, hinged lipped board with bread board ends, loper support, divided interior with central prospect drawer, six small drawers and six valanced pigeon holes, four graduated drawers with applied cockbead, molded base with distinctive shaped bracket feet.

Good 18th century example with original feet.
Cut and patch repair at both hinges to lid, surface wear to top and interior writing surfaces; drawer runners rebuilt; later pulls but in original holes; later bracing to both rear feet.
