Philadelphia, early 20th century, Whittington and Westminster chimes, ornate gilt brass face with engraved steel chapter ring, signed "Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co. Philadelphia", painted lunette with moon phase, hammered brass works marked "Bailey Banks & Biddle / Philadelphia and London" playing on nine tube chimes with mark of Waltham Clock Co., within a mahogany case having fully turned Doric columns and bun feet, beveled glass front and sides, the case verso numbered 14 / 86 / 756. Includes three weights, nine tube chimes, and clock winding key.
