Probably Damascus, late 19th-early 20th century, of eight lobed form composed with tri-petaled forms along the perimeter and prolonged lozenge forms to the interior, decorated with (15) inward turned teardrop bosses, the whole with stylized silver inlaid floral arabesques and intertwining motifs; the round suspension disc radially designed with six copper inlaid lobed medallions, each with silver inlaid Islamic calligraphy against a stippled ground. Presented on a custom arched lucite stand.
