Lawson Burch was born in Belfast and was educated at Stranmillis College before teaching art at Holywood Intermediate School and Castlederg Intermediate School in Co Tyrone. Burch exhibited at the Royal Ulster Academy, Queen’s University, the Arts Council Gallery, and the Royal Hibernian Academy.
