Circa early 1890s, lever set and stem wind, serial number 274105, the open face case with polished surround, the white dial signed I.G. Dillon Co. / Wheeling / W. Va with blued steel spade hands, black Arabic numeral hour markers, red Arabic numeral outer minute register, and subsidiary seconds dial at 6:00 hour, the movement signed Vacheron & / Constantin and numbered 274105, the case with maker's mark for Jeannot & Shiebler, numbered 50315 / 69 and stamped 14K.
