CHURCHILL GUN & RIFLE MANUFACTURER present on right barrel, address 8 AGAR ST. STRAND. LONDON WC present on left barrel, ejectors, automatic safety, single front bead, gold colored "1" present on top rib and top lever, "SAFE" insert in brass, complete rose and scroll engraving, maker E.J. CHURCHILL engraved in banners on side of action, lightly figured straight checkered walnut stock, checkered butt.

Overall very good estate condition, barrel retain a very well done reblackened condition, barrels ring with clear church bell tone, nitre blued pins, trigger guard, bottom plate, and top lever spring also blackened fairly recently, strong ejectors, some nice figure in stock, nicely pointed and dry double border checkering, stock butt has two checkered plugs present to alter weight for balance, scattered light field marks, stock oval inlay engraved "NP".
