Boards with edge wear and occasional chipping and rubbing to paper; wear to spines including cracking, rubbing, wear to ends (especially heavy at head with tears and losses), and occasional slight separation from text block at head; interiors lightly toned with minimal wear such as light grime, small tear, or rare instance of gutter cracking, overall very clean; one volume with wear at front hinge; vol. 14 with heavy wear at front hinge and more significant separation from text block. An overall good to very good set.
