Late 18th century, from a model by Jean-Simon Deverberie (1764-1824), each cast as two figures raising a pair of torchiere form candles, standing atop a columnar plinth with paw footed terrace, weighed underside on one stamped "675", otherwise unsigned.

Good condition; left hand fingers on one figure with some nicks and possible repair. skirt waistband on the other figure with small area of loss and gap to opposing side seam; verdigris to sconce interiors.
