German or Austrian, circa 1900, carved wood with glass eyes, pegged mortise and tenon branches naturalistically modeled on all sides in the form of a larger bear at the base encouraging its cub at the apex, having cane/umbrella station to the base obverse and two upper branch arms for hats/coats.

Approximately 83 1/2 x 22 x 22 in.
