Havre de Grace, Maryland, circa 1935 wooden frame painted over, sixteen small colored stained glass borders, center glass painted black to highlight the hand-painted script R. MADISON MITCHELL FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND DECOY MAKER, two steel eye-bolts and hanging chain on top.

Height 30.25 in.

Overall good estate condition, frame paint has peeling and loss showing through to wood, the white paint is original and the gray paint is later.
