Stamped "Bound for Schlesinger & Mayer by Blackwell" on first free endpaper verso. 8vo. Each with title page printed in red & black, and frontispiece with tissue guard.

Boards with rubbing to extremities, some darkening to leather at edges, wear to spine ends (mild to heavy), and occasional cracked joints with several boards slightly loose, one mostly detached, and one on first volume of Ivanhoe fully detached; some headbands with light soiling; interiors with light toning, ownership stamps, and occasional hinge cracking, minor edge wear, and grime; a few volumes with free endpaper partially attached to paste-down. Overall clean and very nicely bound. Note: All books in the estate are sold as is; condition changes are possible due to the lack of a temperature-controlled environment.
