France, last quarter 19th century, the gilt dial signed "CH. GAUTIER FILS & B. GRAULOT/ PARIS-BORDEAUX" with blue and white lobed enamel Roman chapter cartouches, the brass movement also with stamped signature by the firm with suspension spring and pendulum striking on a bell, within a Rococo style case with cast foliate and floral ornamentation, raised on a footed terrace; the pair of conforming candelabra, unsigned, with five meandering branch arms set upon a rocaille column, unsigned.
