Circa 1800, attributed to central Virginia or Shenandoah Valley region, yellow pine secondary, dovetailed case, three upper side by side drawers above two side by side drawers above four graduated drawers, all lipped, reeded quarter columns, shaped skirt and case sides.
53.25 x 43 x 20.5 in., case width 41.5 in.
Retains old, likely original, dark surface; pulls are old and likely original; one back board with black paint reading "J.F. Charleston" (for West Virginia).
Fair condition; one back board detached but present; feet have been reduced (lost height); left/right quarter column block now missing; lip loss to several drawers; later cornice trim; one pull to the lower drawer missing interior fastener nut.
