Set with an oval opal doublet (19.5 x 15.0 mm) within a brushed gold surround flush set with full cut round diamond melee, joined to a woven chain and completed with a spring ring clasp, stamped 750 K18, pendant stamped K18, with maker's mark CA and with character mark.
