Likely Austrian, first quarter 20th century, single socket form, featuring three tall slender supports between a round cast shade mounted with (19) jeweled multicolored chunk glass panels flanked by triangular buttresses, over a spreading round foot with three triangular opal glass mounts, unsigned.

Some spotting to brass; and a few minor dents to the uppermost shade edge; likely lacking a larger shade that would have enclosed the socket.
