French Wag on the Wall Clock, signed Popelin a' Charlieux

19th century, brass works case with large round enamel painted dial signed Popelin a' Charlieux, dual weight driven movement striking on a large upper bell, repousse brass pendulum marked "Depose" in the form of a lyre with sun god mask, the case mounted with later brackets for wall hanging, includes two weights and winding key.

Works case 18 x 11 x 6 in.; pendulum 44 in.
