(Boards with scuffing, browning, rubbing to extremities with tear at head of spine; interior with light toning, scattered foxing, occasional grime, general age and handling wear, writing on paste-down, and loss to title page corner; a coupe of plates possibly date later(?). Very good minus.)

Half leather over marbled paper-covered boards, with marbled endpapers and all edges marbled. 12mo; iv, 294pp. With chapters on bodies of space, the cretaceous era, early history of mankind, and more. (Boards with scuffing, rubbing to extremities, and some fading at top edge; interior with light toning, scattered foxing (heaviest at endpapers), and general age and handling wear. About very good.)
