Private Collection, Durham, North Carolina The traditional Biedermeier style Vieille Rose de Herend or Habsburg Rose is a pattern originating from an old design from Vienna employed since 1862, now discontinued, and was used in the Habsburg Court.
One cup with tiny chip to rim; one cup with small loss at rim and associated hairline; (2) saucers with tiny glaze flake at rim; occasional grime. The candlestick is a two-part form convertible to a single candleholder.
