North Carolina Chippendale Walnut Blanket Chest

Attributed to Catawba County, circa 1800, poplar and walnut secondary, dovetailed case, the hinged top with molded edge, battens to the underside, strap hinges, interior with till to the left side, applied waist molding, applied side handles, two side by side lipped drawers, shaped bracket feet with spur.
