Piedmont region, attributed to Piggott school, circa 1820, yellow pine and poplar secondary, dovetailed case, applied molded cornice with distinctive applied molded scalloped edge, three over two (with full dust boards) over four (no dust boards) graduated lipped drawer configuration, straight feet from the solid with distinctive applied bracket foot base featuring reeded beveled top edge, bold dovetailed shaped bracket feet with spur.
