Shirvan or Kuba, late 19th or early 20th c., wool on wool foundation, the field with three large octagonal motifs on a blue field, surrounded by floral, star, and avian motifs, the main ivory border with leaf and calyx motifs, within minor borders with rosette and diagonal stripe motifs.
