Two Vintage Hermès Paris Ashtrays

Circa mid 20th century, hand-painted, with insect and floral designs and gilt, the first a square form with suede on underside, the other a rectangular form marked "Limoges / France" to underside; both marked on the sides "HERMÈS PARIS." and "Made in France."

With wear to gilt and scattered light grime and scratches; the first with two small firing cracks, the second with several tiny chips at rim.
