Circa 1840, mahogany veneer, white pine secondary, two part form, upper bookcase with broken arched pediment and brass finials, two hinged glazed panel doors, interior with three fitted drawers, over two cock beaded drawer, set on a slant front desk with loper supports, the case with upper projecting convex drawers over two cock beaded drawers, fully turned spiral twist columns, ring turned legs on casters.

Poor, as found, estate condition; cornice with cracks and repair; sun fading and haziness to the finish; chips to drawer pulls; bottom drawer with veneer buckling and loss; lacking writing surface to fall front desk.
