Automatic, Omega caliber 661, reference number 8315 099, serial number 36953289, the carage shape case with conforming bezel set with full cut round and single cut round diamonds and round cut sapphires, the signed textured silver-tone dial with stick hour marks and sword hands, the tapered textured mesh bracelet band with fold over clasp stamped 750, the case back interior signed, numbered, and stamped with Swiss hallmarks for 18KT. Total diamond weight approximately .40 carat (H-I color, SI1-SI2 clarity); total sapphire weight approximately .50 carat.

The Omega Ladymatic was first introduced to the market in 1955, and was the first women's automatic watch housing the world's smallest rotor-equipped automatic movement. In 1961, Omega released the caliber 661 movement, which became the smallest ever mass-produced automatic movement.
