George Bucquet (American, b. 1954), Large Spiral Buddha Glass Bowl

2002, thick cast peach colored glass with underside embossed spiral rows of seated buddhas, copper wrapped foot signed and dated to underside.

3.25 x 24 in. diameter

George began casting glass at Penland School in 1984 and has since been exhibited world-wide and in several permanent collections from the Asheville Museum of Art to the White House.

Good estate condition.
