Using local materials such as rhyolite and quartzite. Most of the points are meticulously identified by numbers, but lack any associated reference. One point, lacking a number is simply marked "Iredell," which is a county name in the western Piedmont of the state. An additional hint of a potential collector is found on a point carrying the name "Harold Lancaster."

Generally good condition, one point is in two pieces and glued.
