This impressive display includes two small polished hardstone celts (approximately 3 in.); a three-quarter grooved axe with raised ridges (3-1/4 in.); a small flint crescent; a 5-in. chert knife or point; tools such as drills and scrapers; various points spanning the centuries between the Archaic and Woodland periods.
Private Collection, Jackson Hole, Wyoming Generally better field grade points with minor losses; the knife intact; one celt with chips to the bit, the other celt with a minor chip just above the bit; the grooved axe with losses to the rear of the bit. Overall an attractive display.
