A significant later work from one of the principal poets of the Harlem Renaissance and one of the movement's most important artists.

Boards with light grime and toning, minor scuffing, one small edge tear, foxing on upper board, and rubbing to lettering on spine; interior near pristine for its age with expected subtle toning, light offsetting, rare spotting, mark, or edge wear, and a couple of corner folds. Very good/lacking dust jacket.
