Two Greensboro, PA Stoneware Items, Hamilton & Jones

Circa 1875, including a three gallon jug and canning jar, both cobalt stenciled, the jug with cobalt accented handle and decorated in stylized foliate designs, capacity mark near the base (16 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 9 in.); the canning jar approximately one gallon size with tooled neck (10 x 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 in.).
